- USG accepts several payment options for your convenience. We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express card payments
3. WHAT SHOE SIZING ARE YOUR PRODUCTS LISTED IN?
USG lists all product in US sizing.

5. WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?
- The default pricing on our site is in AUD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. Please see our currency convertor located at the bottom of our website to change currency on the site. The site will default AUD Dollars on the checkout page.
6. WILL I BE CHARGED TAX?
- All tax is included in the price of our items. However, some international countries may have certain fees/duties for online sales. USG is not responsible for any respective import fees or customs duties, they are at the discretion of the purchaser.
7. WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
- Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
You can view the status of your order any time via your online account.
8. I'D LIKE TO MODIFY MY ORDER.
- Unfortunately it is not possible to modify any details of your order after it has been placed. The shipping and payment methods, the number of products and the delivery address cannot be changed.
9. CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
- If your order hasn’t been shipped, we may be able to change your shipping address. Please contact us asap and we will do our best to accommodate your changes
10. DO YOU DELIVERY INTERNATIONALLY?
- Yes, international orders are charged a flatrate delivery fee of $50.00AUD.
