Every year, on November 1st and 2nd, Mexico celebrates Dia de Muertos, also known as the Day of the Dead. This vibrant and colorful holiday is a time to honor and remember loved ones who have passed away. In recent years, Dia de Muertos has gained international recognition and has become a source of inspiration & authentic story telling.
The Nike Dia de Muertos collection draws inspiration from various elements of Mexican culture and the Day of the Dead celebration. The designs incorporate traditional Mexican folk art. These iconic symbols are used to represent the cycle of life and death, as well as the belief that death is a natural part of the human experience.
